Attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors arrange their own reservations. Industry partners may not book more than two rooms in the block without prior approval, and non-level sponsors may book within the block beginning August 1, 2026.

Miami Beach, Florida is served by two major international gateways: Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), with broad domestic and international service between them.
Ground transportation, including taxis, rideshare, and rental cars, is widely available at both airports, each a short drive from the Fontainebleau in Mid-Beach Miami Beach.
