Terms and Conditions for the Dermatology to the Stars Conference 2026.

Dates: November 19-22, 2026 Location: The Fontainebleau, Miami, FL

By registering for the Dermatology to the Stars Conference 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Code of Conduct

The Dermatology to the Stars Foundation is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff. By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Respect the intellectual property of presenters and exhibitors.
  • Comply with the conference policies, instructions from staff, and venue rules.
  • Refrain from the use of illicit substances during the event.

Alcohol will be served at networking events. Attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and maintain professionalism at all times. Attendees are solely responsible for their behavior and actions related to alcohol consumption. Dermatology to the Stars Foundation and its affiliates/contractors will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from overindulgence or inappropriate behavior related to alcohol use. Excessive or disruptive behavior due to alcohol consumption may result in removal from the event without refund.

Dermatology to the Stars and its contractors reserve the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from the event without refund, in cases of unacceptable behavior.

2. No Suitcasing Policy

Suitcasing refers to non-sponsoring companies or individuals attempting to solicit business or distribute promotional materials to conference attendees without a paid sponsorship or exhibitor package. This behavior undermines the integrity of the event.

  • Soliciting business in public spaces, such as the conference venue, registration area, exhibit hall, or sessions, is strictly prohibited.
  • Attendees found violating this policy may be removed from the event without refund and barred from future Dermatology to the Stars events.

To support our exhibitors and sponsors, please visit their booths and engage respectfully.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • All registrations are non-refundable.
  • No ticket transfers: Tickets and registration fees cannot be transferred to another potential registrant.

4. Hotel Accommodations

Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations at The Fontainebleau Miami, FL. Dermatology to the Stars will not handle hotel reservations on behalf of attendees. We recommend securing your room before the hotel block fills, as we expect this to sell out. Once the block is full, Dermatology to the Stars is unable to access any additional rooms.

5. Photography, Videography, and Digital Recording Release

By attending the Dermatology to the Stars Conference 2026, you grant permission to photograph, videotape, or digitally record your image, likeness, and/or voice for use in advertising, marketing, fundraising, and promotional purposes.

  • These images and recordings may be used in any public media, including internet, social media, print, or in the organization's or its partner's publications or posts.
  • Attendees understand and agree that they waive any rights of interest or compensation related to the images or recordings as described in this release.

6. Non-Discrimination Policy

The Dermatology to the Stars Foundation is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other legally protected characteristic will not be tolerated. Dermatology to the Stars is committed to ensuring that all attendees feel respected and valued. If you witness or experience any form of discrimination or harassment, please report it immediately to conference staff.

7. CME Credit Requirements

To receive Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit, attendees must:

  1. Fill out and submit the post-conference survey provided by Dermatology to the Stars.
  2. CME credits will only be awarded for sessions that you actually attended.

Attendance verification may be required.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Dermatology to the Stars Foundation and its contractors are not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during the conference. By attending, you agree to release Dermatology to the Stars and its contractors from any liability arising from your participation.
